Things to thinks:
Do you give up this opportunities?
No. But from the Jay's slow response, it is clear that this whole thing will drag on for quite a while. So do not put too much hope in LMT. But at the same time, don't close the door -- at least not until you have a job offer from other firm. There is still a distinct possibility that LMT will eventually give an offer.

What if LMT refuse to provide computer and work space?
Give up. But explain to LMT that JJ likes to work on the project, but lacks the means to do so.

What if LMT provide computer and work space but refuse to pay anything?
Don't give up. But work full time for a month or two. And then ask for the offer.

What if Jay and Steve ask questions again about Rainbow?
Reponse: I don't want to talk about Rainbow. I like to talk about this project.

What if Jay and Steve ask about URLs again?
Response: I have URLs of the web sites I designed. But they are not well-designed. You have checked my educational background, you can treat me as new greadute.

Impression for Jay and Steve:
JJ is fully capable of completing the project.
JJ doesn't care about whether working in LMT. Don't show eagarness or desperation for the offer.
Try to charm these two guys.

Do some physical exercises before meeting. No vocalno eruption before meeting. Delay the eruption untill after the meeting. Smiling a little.
Relentlessly prepare for the meeting.

During the meeting, listen what they have to say but don't make any commitment. Make demands through email after the meeting.

Main issues:
1: computer and work space.
2: pay.
3: status: intern, volunteer, employee.
4: the time and condition of being hired.
5: content of the project.
6: the time that is needed to complete the project.

Questions to ask in the next meeting:
Do you provide computer and allow me to use your work place? My computer is broken.
Do you want me to work for you as volunteer or intern or formal employee?

What information do you want to extract from the advertiser's account?
How do you analyze the data? What do you expect to get?

What part of the interface have you finished? What part of the interface you want me to work on? How long does it take to complete?
What language do you use to build the interface with Adwords? Php, .Net, Java.

Do you have interface codes to provide me that might be used as reference in coding?
Do you have codes of EXPO/MarketBrowser for me to read?

When I work on this project, will I work all by myself or I will work with someone?

Tasks:
1: Read the two codes that are sent to Steve. He may ask about it in the next meeting.
2: Read the concepts of Adwords. Focus on those that will appear in the account report.
3: Read and ponder on the .Net sample codes.
